Allen’s Nek Retail Park

In 2025, DRAM undertook a comprehensive roofing project for Allen’s Nek Retail Park in Gauteng, covering 10,149.03m². The scope included the installation of a dividing wall weather-lined system, along with mechanical ST2 preparation to ensure roof integrity and the replacement of damaged sheeting and flashing in line with SANS standards. A durable polyurethane coating system was applied to replace the failed torch-on membrane, providing superior waterproofing and long-term protection. The project also included the coating of gutters, resulting in a fully restored, structurally sound, and environmentally resilient roofing system.
