Sandton Padel Courts
In 2025, DRAM completed industrial coating and fireproofing works for the Sandton Padel Courts — a high-end commercial development comprising padel court structures and adjoining facilities. The project involved coating 110 tons of structural steel and applying 510m² of intumescent fireproof coatings to achieve both aesthetic excellence and fire safety compliance. By combining decorative finishes with advanced passive fire protection systems, DRAM delivered a solution that enhances durability, visual appeal, and safety across the entire development.
