South Oceans Holdings

In 2025, DRAM completed a comprehensive roofing project for South Oceans Holdings in Gauteng, covering an area of 14,198.4m². The scope included mechanical ST2 surface preparation, structural reinforcement with steel plates and sealants, and flashing replacement in line with SANS standards. A high-performance coating system was applied to the roof and guttering to provide long-term protection against corrosion and environmental wear. The project also featured the installation of opal polycarbonate sheeting, resulting in a durable, weather-resistant roofing system designed for strength, safety, and longevity.
