DRAM is currently undertaking a full roofing refurbishment for Transvaal Nigel Shop 2 in Gauteng, covering 7,855.38m² of warehouse roofing and cladding. The project scope includes mechanical ST2 surface preparation and the application of a durable protective coating system to ensure structural integrity and long-term performance. Works also involve the replacement of all roof sheeting, cladding, gutter systems, and flashings in compliance with SANS standards. Once completed, the facility will feature a fully restored, weather-resistant roofing system designed for strength, safety, and longevity.

SCOPE OF WORK
  1. To mechanically ST2 prep the existing steel system ensuring structurally sound & to apply a suitable coating system.
  2. To strip & replace all cladding.
  3. To strip & replace all roof sheeting.
  4. To strip and replace gutter systems.
  5. To install new flashings as per SANS.
